Welcome to M & M Salon – Where Beauty Meets Purpose

Hi, I’m Miriam, the founder of M & M Salon. In 2021, while the world was navigating a pandemic and uncertainty was everywhere, I decided to take a bold step and open my own salon. Some thought I was crazy. Others said the timing was all wrong. But for me, it was the perfect time to bring a long-time dream to life—and I’ve never looked back.

With over 14 years in the beauty industry, my journey began humbly as an assistant and led me to a corporate leadership role as a Salon & Retail Manager at Ulta Beauty. I loved my career, but deep down, I knew I was meant to create something of my own. Something personal. Something built from passion, not just policy.

Becoming a mom changed everything. After welcoming my first child in 2018 and my second in 2021, I realized it was time to build a life that aligned with my purpose, my passion, and my family. That’s how M & M Salon was born—a space where I could be both a boss and a present mom.

At M & M Salon, you’re not just getting your hair done—you’re supporting a woman-owned business built with heart, hustle, and a whole lot of love. Every guest that sits in my chair is part of something bigger: a dream in motion.
